Chamba: Two Youths Arrested with 1.02 Kg Charas

Chamba police arrested two youths with 1.02 kilograms of charas on Thursday. The arrests were made during a naka (checkpoint) at the Koti bridge. The accused, identified as Sandeep Kumar and Rajat Kumar, are residents of the Chamba area. A case has been registered against them under the NDPS Act, and further investigation is underway.
