Kullu gets first-ever electric vehicle charging station

Kullu has inaugurated its first-ever electric vehicle (EV) charging station, marking a significant step towards sustainable transportation in the region. The station, located at the district headquarters, was launched on Wednesday by Deputy Commissioner Torul S Raveesh. This initiative aims to encourage the adoption of EVs and reduce carbon emissions, supporting eco-friendly tourism and local commuting. The administration plans to expand the network with more charging points in the future.
