The Kullu district administration has introduced the 'Himachali Swad' scheme, aimed at promoting and supporting local food processing units. This initiative seeks to empower local entrepreneurs and enhance the market reach of traditional Himachali culinary products. The scheme, which began accepting applications last week, provides financial assistance, training, and marketing support to small and medium-sized food businesses. Officials stated that this effort will not only boost the local econo
