Tourist Rescued After Falling into Beas River Near Manali

A tourist from Delhi was successfully rescued by local police and a quick response team yesterday after accidentally falling into the Beas River near Manali, Kullu district. The individual was attempting to take a selfie when the incident occurred. Authorities have once again urged visitors to exercise extreme caution near riverbanks, especially during the monsoon season. The rescued tourist received minor injuries and is reported to be in stable condition.
