Chamba: Youth arrested with 11.16 grams of Chitta

Chamba police apprehended a young man yesterday, June 13, for possessing 11.16 grams of Chitta (heroin). The arrest took place during a routine naka (checkpoint) duty near the Chamba-Tissa road. The accused, identified as Vishal Kumar from the village of Churi, was taken into custody. A case has been registered against him under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
