This page combines platform terms, privacy policy, and disclaimer details for Kullvi.
1. Scope and acceptance. By continuing to use Kullvi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Account and login. Kullvi uses WhatsApp OTP login. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your mobile number secure.
3. Information we collect. We may collect personal information (for example name, email, phone, address, payment details) and non-personal information (for example IP, browser, device, and cookies) to operate and improve the service. This can include content you send in member-to-member Relations chat and, where stored for support or delivery logging, WhatsApp Business webhook payload data associated with your account.
4. How we use information. We use information to provide services, process transactions, improve product experience, communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and disclosure. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, for safety and fraud prevention, or during a business transfer.
6. Community and nearby discovery. Local Community features may use your selected area and approximate coordinates for nearby discovery. We do not intend to show exact map pins publicly in member discovery lists. Other signed-in members in the same discovery area may see a short “recently active” label on your community profile card when you have used the website within roughly the past fifteen minutes.
7. User responsibility. You are responsible for what you post, share, or communicate. Do not use Kullvi for harassment, scams, or illegal activity.
8. Cookies and tracking. We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and experience improvements. Browser settings can manage cookie behavior.
9. Third-party services and links. Some features may involve third-party services. Kullvi is not responsible for third-party privacy practices or external websites.
10. Disclaimer and limitation. Kullvi provides the platform on an as-is basis. We are not responsible for interactions between users or losses arising from use of platform features, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Data security. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is fully secure. You acknowledge inherent internet and technology risks. Where encryption at rest is enabled, relation-chat message bodies, in-app notification titles and bodies (user_notifications.title and user_notifications.body), WhatsApp delivery log message text, and stored WhatsApp webhook payload data held in our database are encrypted using keys that are kept separate from the database, so that database access alone is not enough to read those contents in clear form.
12. Children's privacy. The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
13. Updates. We may update this page from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest version.

15. In-app assistant (Google Gemini). The optional Kullvi AI experience — including normal chat and guided flows such as the listing and community post helpers — sends what you type and recent conversation from your browser session to Google's Gemini so the assistant can respond and help complete those steps. Avoid entering passwords, OTPs, full payment numbers, legal identity numbers, health data, or other highly sensitive details. Gemini is a third-party service; your use is subject to its provider terms.
16. Job Management online payments. When a business uses the optional Job Management module and a customer pays an outstanding job balance online through Razorpay, the amount charged may include additional fees on top of the job balance: currently 3% as payment gateway charges and 2% as Kullvi app handling fees (each calculated on the balance due). Cash or other offline settlement between the business and customer is not subject to these online fees unless separately agreed.
