Kullu: 20-year-old youth drowns in Beas river

A 20-year-old youth from Uttar Pradesh drowned in the Beas river near Kullu on Wednesday. The incident occurred when the victim, identified as Ankit, went to bathe in the river. Despite efforts by locals and rescue teams, he could not be saved. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragic event. His body was later recovered.
