Kullu Dussehra preparations begin with traditional rituals, Rath Yatra on Oct 12

The auspicious 'Devta Pujan' ritual was performed yesterday, marking the start of the festivities. The grand Rath Yatra, a highlight of the festival, is scheduled for October 12 this year.
