Kullu police seize 1.10 kg charas, arrest 2

The arrests were made during a routine patrol on May 29, following a tip-off about drug trafficking in the area. The accused, identified as residents of Kullu and Mandi districts, were booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
