Zirakpur: Two arrested with 10-kg poppy husk

Zirakpur police arrested two individuals yesterday, on June 3, recovering 10 kg of poppy husk from their possession. The arrests occurred during a routine checking operation near the Zirakpur-Patiala road. The accused have been identified as residents of Patiala and Sangrur districts. Authorities have registered a case against them under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
